New Forest Code – 2Nd Ed.
PORTUGUÊS | CAPA MOLE | 2013
Great expectancy surrounded the process of the new Brazilian Forest Code that, quite recently, started to regulate the state of vegetation cover among us, a cover as large as the geopolitical and geoeconomic boundaries of the national territory.
It has been gathered in this volume original studies on great part of articles of the new Code, taking into consideration presidential vetoes, as well as the Provisional presidential Decree 571, of May 25, 2012. The doubts and quarrels are far from being cured. It does not matter. The material of this volume brings a rich and varied approaching to the themes, without worrying about ideological positions. On the contrary, the works gathered are supported in several branches of Legal Science and of other sciences that are necessary to approach the subject in a holistic, systemic and interdisciplinary way.
