The renowned book Direito do Ambiente (Environmental Law) is now in its 11th edition, revised, updated, expanded, and reorganized in a didactic manner for a better understanding of environmental problems and, especially, in accordance with the new Code of Civil Procedure. The book is a reference for students and professionals who need to learn and work with this important discipline. The new edition has been improved with an updated study of procedural and extra-procedural instruments related to environmental protection.
